4-5 yellow summer squash, sliced 1 med. onion, sliced 1/2 c. beef bouillon butter Salt & pepper to taste Grated Cheddar cheese Slice squash lengthwise, 3-4 slices per squash. Place in a pyrex baking dish. Salt, pepper and dot with butter. Pour bouillon over squash. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover and continue baking until they are browned a little, 15 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese and put in oven until it melts, 5 minutes. |
