2 eggs 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 (16 oz.) can cream corn 1 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter Beat eggs, add sugar and flour. Add corn, milk, sugar and salt and pepper. Combine well, pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot with 2 tablespoon butter. Microwave high 4 minutes. Rotate 1/4 turn then medium high 20 minutes. Rotate 5 minutes intervals. |
