ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE
 

1 (15 oz.) Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
2 cans artichoke hearts (reserve liquid)
1 c. olive oil
1 c. Romano cheese, grated
Red pepper to taste
Juice of 2 lemons (or more)
2 cloves minced garlic

Combine bread crumbs and artichoke liquid, olive oil and lemon juice. Add artichoke hearts (mashed). Add cheese, garlic and pepper. Put in buttered greased casserole dish and pats of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This can be served as an appetizer or dip.
