1 c. cooked lentils 1/2 c. pecan meal, or chopped pecans 1 egg (substitute) 1 can evaporated milk, lg. or 1 2/3 c. soy milk 1/4 c. oil 3 c. corn flakes (1 1/2 c. crushed) 1/2 tsp. sage Chopped onion & salt to taste Combine above and bake in greased loaf pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Note: This loaf will be moist. |
