OVEN BROWNED POTATO WEDGES
 

4 lg. potatoes, unpeeled and cut in wedges
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place potatoes in 9 x 13 pan. Mix together rest of ingredients. Brush on potatoes and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, brushing with mixture every 15 minutes.
