6 lg. tomatoes 2 c. either tuna, chicken, ham, shrimp, turkey, or your own choice, crabmeat 1/4 c. shredded carrots 1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped 1/4 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. Miracle Whip 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. milk 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. Hidden Valley dry buttermilk dressing 1 tbsp. milk Cut several slices on top of tomato, open to resemble a flower. Mix all ingredients together. Fill tomatoes. Serve on lettuce leaf, sprinkle shredded carrots on top. |
