1 tsp. olive oil 1 green pepper, chopped 1 onion, sliced thin 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional) 1 can garbanzo beans 1/8 tsp. fresh pepper Salt to taste Heat oil in a non-stick skillet which has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Saute green pepper for 2 minutes, add onions and garlic; saute until soft. Add beans, pepper and salt; saute until well blended and heated through. Serves 4. |
