BACON CORN HUSKS
 

10 ears fresh corn with husks
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, melted
20 slices lean bacon

Remove outer husk. Carefully fold down remaining leaves. Remove silk. Combine butter and salt. Brush ears with mixture. Wrap each ear diagonally with 2 pieces of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Fold husks up over corn. Wrap individually in foil. Grill 6 inches from coals for 15 to 20 minutes. Pierce with fork to check for doneness.
