BACON BAKED POTATO
 

1 lg. baking potato
3-4 strips bacon (per potato)
1 lg. sheet aluminum foil (per potato)

Take well scrubbed potato and cut 1/4" slashes around potato. Wrap potato completely in bacon. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees. Potato is done when you can poke a fork in center very easily.
