1/4 lb. bacon
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. celery
2 cans baked beans
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Cook bacon in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 baking dish. Microwave on high (100%) for 4-5 minutes. Remove bacon. Add onion, pepper, and celery to bacon drippings. Microwave on high (100%) for 5-6 minutes.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients. Cover, microwave on high (100%) for 5-6 minutes. Stir, then microwave on medium (50%) for 10-15 minutes. 6-8 servings.
