BACON - CHEESE - POTATO CASSEROLE
 

10 potatoes, boiled, cooled, cut up
6 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 sm. box Velveeta cheese, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all together. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
