2 slices bacon, diced 1 sm. onion, sliced 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans 2 tbsp. ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard In large skillet, cook and stir bacon, add onion before bacon is too crisp, finish browning. Drain fat off. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. Do not cover. Or cook in crock pot on low for several hours. Also can cook in microwave until hot and bubbly. |
