2 lb. bag Ore Ida southern style hash browns 1 med. onion, chopped 12 oz. shredded Velveeta 8 oz. sour cream 3/4 stick melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup Corn flakes 1/4 stick melted butter Remove potatoes from freezer 30 minutes before mixing. Mix all ingredients together and put in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with crushed corn flakes and pour 1/4 stick melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. If made ahead and frozen, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes at least. |
