8 med. potatoes, cubed

Shake potatoes in bag with: 1/4 c. flour

Melt 1 stick butter in 9"x13" pan. Put potatoes in pan and pour remaining flour mixture over them in pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Turn during baking.
