Preheat oven to 350.

7 c. finely grated sweet potatoes
4 eggs
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients except marshmallows. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove cover and put marshmallows on top and bake unitl the marshmallows turn golden.
