2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 beaten eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs mixed with 1 tbsp. butter, melted Cook squash and drain. Mix everything, put in greased casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
