WORLD FAMOUS COWBOY BEANS
 

1 lb. bacon, diced
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 (30 oz.) cans pork & beans
1 med. jar barbecue sauce, smoke flavor preferred
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Fry bacon and onions in large pot until bacon is browned and onion is clear (white). Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for approximately 30 minutes to one hour to let flavors mingle. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
