2 or 3 yams (cooked and sliced) 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. corn starch 3/4 c. hot water 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. orange juice 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Dash of salt
Combine sugar, corn starch, salt and cinnamon. Add water and boil 5 minutes. Add butter, orange and lemon juice. Pour over cooked yams.
