PALACHINKI (BREAKFAST CREPE)
 

4 eggs
1 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oil

Mix all together in blender. Put some butter in pan and when it melts, pour batter into pan and swish it around. Cook until top gets firm. Then flip over until other side is firm. Roll and fill with jelly.
