1 lb. sausage meat 6 eggs 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 5-6 slices bread, cubed 1 c. sharp cheese, shredded Saute sausage meat. Drain off fat. Beat eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients, except bread cubes. Layer ingredients starting with bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve piping hot. |
