BAKED HAM AND EGGS, BRUNCH STYLE
 

1 pkg. (6 serving size) stuffing mix, any flavor
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. cooked ham, shredded or 6 slices Canadian bacon
6 eggs
1 c. Hollandaise sauce or can cream of mushroom soup

Prepare stuffing mix using butter and water according to package instructions. Spread mixture evenly in baking dish and mark into six squares. Top each square with ham or Canadian bacon. Make a depression in center of ham and carefully break an egg into each depression. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until eggs are set. Serve with Hollandaise sauce or sauce made by thinning canned condensed soup such as cream of mushroom.
