3 c. milk 1 scant c. flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter Beat eggs, add milk, sifted flour and salt. Pour into 3 cake pans or pie pans that have been well buttered. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly browned, 20 to 30 minutes. This can also be baked in a larger 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour, preferably Pyrex pan. Serve with syrup, lingonberry or whole cranberry sauce. |
