Mix all ingredients together; there's no special order.
Heat griddle between 350°F and 400°F. Brush griddle lightly with melted butter or vegetable oil, or spray with non-stick spray. The griddle is ready when water dissolves quickly after being splashed.
Pour a circle of batter onto hot griddle and cook until tiny bubbles begin to form along the edges of pancake; flip once to cook the other side. Stack on a warm plate; brush with melted butter between each pancake.
Serve hot.
Makes 10-12 pancakes.
ENJOY!! :)
