1 lb. ground beef (lean) 1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce 3/4 c. crushed corn chips Fresh tomato wedges (1 1/2 c.) 1/4 c. green onions, sliced 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded Sour cream Ripe olives, halved Mix first five ingredients. Place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 10 more minutes. Top with fresh sour cream and ripe olives as it is served. |
