ENCHILADA
 

1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chili
1 lb. ground hamburger
Cheese
1 tbsp. peanut butter
12 tortillas
2 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Put sauces and peanut butter in blender. Fry meat and onion. Mix 1/2 sauces with meat and put into tortillas. Roll and place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour remaining sauce over top, sprinkle with cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
