Jalapeno peppers 1 lb. ground meat Chili powder Salt Pepper Garlic Sm. jar Cheez Whiz Cut jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seed and soak in cold water. Brown ground meat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder. When brown, add Cheez Whiz to meat. Stir until cheese melts. Stir while cooling to keep cheese mixed. Stuff pepper halves. |
