BROCCOLI SOUP
 

1 sliced onion
1 carrot sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 clove garlic, diced
2 c. cooked broccoli
2 c. cooked pasta (leftovers are fine)
2 cans chicken stock
Salt and pepper and butter if desired

Simmer first four ingredients together, covered with water, 10 minutes. Add next three ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
