FISH CHOWDER
 

In a large saucepan saute until tender:

1 med. onion in
3 tbsp. butter

Add:

2 c. water
1 c. chopped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 lb. cod or salmon, cut in bite size pieces

Boil until potatoes and fish are done.

Add:

1 c. milk or half and half
4 tsp. flour

Mix milk and flour together before adding to hot soup. Simmer 10 minutes.
