1 lg. cantaloupe, peeled and chopped 1/4 tsp. nutmeg or to taste 1 tbsp. honey or to taste 3 tbsp. sour cream Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon 1 c. blueberries Place melon in food processor, blend until smooth. Add nutmeg, honey, sour cream, and lemon to melon. Chill. Blend blueberries until smooth. Serve soup with spoonful of blueberries on top. |
