FISH CHOWDER
 

1 lb. favorite fish (cod, pollack, haddock, etc.) thawed
1 can cream of potato soup
3 c. milk
Sauteed chopped onion to taste
1 c. carrots (fresh or frozen)
1 c. green beans, corn, or other favorite vegetable (fresh or frozen)
4-5 med. potatoes, cut up, skins on
Salt, pepper and other seasonings as preferred to taste

Simmer 30-45 minutes until fish and vegetables are done. Serve with salad and bread or rolls.
