COLD PEACH SOUP
 

5 lg. ripe peaches, peeled and quartered
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. sweet Sherry
2 tbsp. thawed orange juice concentrate
Sliced peeled fresh peaches

Puree 5 peaches with sugar in processor or blender. Mix in sour cream. Add lemon juice, Sherry and orange concentrate and blend until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Ladle soup into bowls. Garnish each bowl with sliced fresh peaches and serve. 6-8 servings.
