COLD PEACH SOUP
 

16 oz. pkg. frozen peach slices, thawed, reserving 1/2 c. peach slices
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. half & half
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Place peaches, pineapple juice, orange juice and sugar in blender container or food processor; process until smooth. Add sour cream, half and half, wine, lemon juice and cinnamon; blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into large bowl. Cut reserved 1/2 cup peach slices into chunks; stir into blended mixture. Cover, refrigerate until serving time. 8 servings.
