ROAST AND VEGETABLES WITH OXTAIL SOUP
 

Chuck roast
Fat carrots, halved
Potatoes, halved
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Sm. onions, quartered
Knorr oxtail soup

1 cooking bag

Sear meat then put in the cooking bag. Add carrots and potatoes and quartered onion. Mix the oxtail soup and onion soup with 3 cups water. Pour over meat and vegetables and close up bag.

Bake at 325 degrees for minimum of 2 1/2 hours. (Check bag directions.)
