CATCH OF THE SEA CHOWDER
 

1/4 c. diced fried bacon
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup
2 soup cans of milk (whole or 1%, depends on richness wanted)
1 lb. (or more) fillet of white fish (cut in 1 inch pieces) (also is good with imitation crab and shrimp together)
1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. bay leaf
Optional: 3-4 hard boiled eggs, diced and added to mixture

Brown bacon, remove from the pan. Add celery and onion and cook in drippings until tender. Add bacon and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes or until fish is done, stir often. Remove bay leaf before serving. Makes about 8 1/2 cups.
