1 bag lentils 2 cloves garlic, crushed 6 tbsp. tomato soup Salt & pepper to taste 2 onions, sliced 2 bay leaves 4 tbsp. olive oil Wash lentils. Soak in lukewarm water 5 to 10 minutes. In large pot put 8 cups water, bay leaf, onion and crushed garlic. Bring to a boil, when boiling add soup, oil, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes. |
