GELATIN JIGGLERS - REGULAR OR SUGAR
FREE

4 small packs of any brand of flavored gelatin, or 2 large packs.
2 1/2 cups boiling water

Pour boiling water into bowl, and add the gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved. It helps speed the dissolving, if you put the water in the bowl first, and stir after the addition of each pack of gelatin. Don't let the powder sit on the bottom of the bowl, or it will be hard to dissolve.

Pour into a pan that will cause the thickness of the jigglers to be between 1/2 and 1 inch thick. Cool in refrigerator for about 3 hours. Cut into cubes with knife if 1 inch thick, or use cookie cutter if 1/2 inch thick - or you can cut into squares with a knife also.

This works equally well with sugar free gelatin also! I like to mix flavors and experiment!
