FETTUCINI ALFREDO WITH SEAFOOD
 

1 (12 oz.) box fettucini noodles
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. whipping cream, room temperature
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2-1 lb. seafood meat, cut into bite size pieces (I use crab)

Cook fettucini according to package directions. Drain and put in serving dish large enough for tossing. Cook whipping cream, butter, cheese and seafood over low-to-medium heat until hot; add to noodles and toss thoroughly.
