9 New Zealand green mussels, frozen or chilled cooked meats 1/4 sm. onion, finely chopped 1 tsp. fresh rosemary or parsley, finely chopped 1/4 c. lemon or lime juice 1/4 c. white vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together and refrigerator overnight in non-aluminum container.
