1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine 1/2 c. butter 1 c. cream (heavy or light) 1 can tiny shrimp Garlic powder to taste 1 1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of white pepper 1 can mushrooms Cook fettuccine according to package. Meanwhile, heat butter and cream in small saucepan until butter melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and all other ingredients. Keep warm over low heat. Return drained fettuccine to pan. Pour sauce over noodles and toss gently until noodles are well coated. Serve hot. |
