SPICY SEAFOOD LINGUINE
 

Amounts of seafood may be varied according to season & number of guests
1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. imitation crab
1 1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves (crushed) garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lemon, sliced
1/4 c. Oyster & Shrimp Sauce or 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Place all of seafood in shallow baking dish. Melt butter and add garlic, lemon juice and oyster and shrimp sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Pour over seafood. Place under broiler for 5-10 minutes, stirring once, until shrimp are pink. Arrange lemon slices and serve. May be served over rice or pasta, especially linguine.

Oyster & Shrimp Sauce: Made by Caribbean Clipper, usually found in grocery stores where Worcestershire sauce is located.
