4 baking potatoes 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. light cream 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 tsp. chopped onion 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. paprika 4 cooked lobster tails Bake the potatoes and put aside to cool. Cut the lobster tails into small pieces. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the cooked potatoes, saving the skins for stuffing. Mix everything together and fold in lobster at the last. Spoon into the potato skins. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. |
