1 lb. crab meat (can use imitation) 16 crushed saltines 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. flour 2 c. milk 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Fry green pepper in butter. Mix flour, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce to make a paste, add milk. Mix in crackers and crab meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. |
