CRAB IMPERIAL
 

1 lb. backfin crabmeat (clean to remove shells)
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. bread crumbs (pkg. type)
1 egg
Sm. amount celery flakes
Sm. amount parsley flakes

Place crabmeat in bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 of butter, celery flakes and parsley flakes. Beat egg and add to mixture above.

Put in 4 baking shells or casserole. Dust crumbs on each and pour remaining butter on each. Place on cookie sheet and bake in hot oven (450 degrees) 20 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
