8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked 1 lb. crab or imitation crab 1 can cream of shrimp soup 8 oz. cream cheese 1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese 1 egg 1 tbsp. basil 1/4 c. parsley, snipped Salt and pepper 3 fresh tomatoes, sliced 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated Mix together crab and soup. Mix together cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Layer in an oiled 13 x 9 pan: half of lasagna, half of cheese mixture, all of crab mixture, rest of lasagna, rest of cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sliced tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Bake 15 minutes more. Serves 9. |
