CRAB IMPERIAL
 

1/4 lb. butter
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Parsley flakes
Bread crumbs
1 lb. crabmeat

In saucepan over low heat, stir butter and flour until melted. Add beaten egg and milk. Cook until thickened. Remove from fire, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Add crabmeat, toss lightly, place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Brown in oven about 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
