1 can crab meat, separate & remove bone 1/2 stick butter, soft 2 tbsp. flour 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. finely chopped onion 1/4 c. finely diced green pepper 1 tsp. parsley 1 egg 1/2 c. bread crumbs Set crab meat aside. Saute onion and green pepper together. Mix other ingredients together. Next mix all ingredients together with crab meat. Shape into oblong croquettes and fry in deep oil until golden brown on all sides. |
