LANGOSTINO CASSEROLE
 

6 slices bread, trim crust and cut in cubes
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, cut in sm. cubes
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. langostinos
1/4 c. butter, melted
5 whole eggs
1 pt. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Butter 2 quart casserole. Put in bread and cheese cubes. Add langostinos and mix evenly. Pour melted butter over mixture. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over langostinos. Refrigerate covered until ready to bake, at least 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in covered casserole. Serve immediately.
