1 lb. pasta, cooked 1 lb. shrimp 1 head broccoli 3 cloves garlic Olive oil 1/2 can tomatoes, cut up 1/2 can chicken broth Basil Salt and pepper Clean and devein shrimp. Saute garlic and shrimp in olive oil. Add cut-up broccoli and tomatoes. Cover and simmer 2-3 minutes. Add broth and basil. Cook additional 5-6 minutes. Pour over pasta. |
