STUFFED CRAB SHELLS
 

1 (8 oz.) box ribbed jumbo pasta shells
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crab meat, drained
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 oz. cubed cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce

Cook jumbo shells. Drain slightly. Chill for easy handling. Combine crab meat, celery, green pepper, lemon juice and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Place small amount of spaghetti sauce in bottom of large shallow casserole. Spoon crab mixture into shells. Place in casserole dish and spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over each shell. Cover loosely and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
