1 lb. crab meat 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 egg Salt & pepper Old Bay seasoning (a few dashes)
Mix ingredients well. Mold into golf ball size. Roll in more bread crumbs. Fry in hot deep fat 2-3 minutes until brown.
